Litter robot 4 not connecting to app

The latest update changes the ESP to 1.1.61 and the PIC to 10512.2560.2.70. TOF remains at 4.0.65.4. After the update, I am no longer receiving notifications on my phone. They're all turned on, but don't happen. Obviously the WiFi is working, as I can go into the app and see what activity has been happening.
